Shane McKenna CA


Shane started Aintree Group in 2005 after deciding he wanted to create an accounting firm based on genuine trust and long-term service. He has been an accountant since 1993, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Shane specialises in Tax Accounting, Strategic Financial Planning, Business and Management Consulting, Managerial Finance, Estate Planning, Succession Planning and Business Start-Up Coaching.

Andrea McKenna


Andrea is a practical, no-nonsense ideas person. She started Aintree Group with Shane (her husband) in 2005.

Andrea specialises in Marketing Strategy, Strategic Communications, Social Media Management, Strategic Planning, Management Consultancy, Public Relations and Public Speaking. She has worked in the Marketing and Communications industry  since 1998.

Ashley Wignell CA


Ashley joined Aintree Group as a Chartered Accountant in 2016, and became a Partner in 2017. He specialises in taxation services and business advice for a variety of industries; including property and construction, importing/exporting, manufacturing, insurance brokers, financial planners, medical professionals and IT.

Ashley believes in a straight-talking, honest approach.

Graham Haydar CA


Graham is a Chartered Accountant with over 33 years of business advisory experience. His clients respect him as being their “go-to” trusted advisor assisting them in achieving their business and personal goals.

Graham also enjoys participating in community work, travel, driving fast cars and regular exercise that assist him achieving work-life-balance.

Linda Perry

Business Manager

Linda joined our team in 2018, with 10 years’ experience in an accounting firm.  Linda loves organisation and as the Business Manager, she is responsible for all the operational, IT, HR and general administration functions of the office, including accounts and debtor management, quality review and client satisfaction. 

She enjoys Bikram Yoga and boxing to keep fit, and loves overseas travelling.

Trung Le CA


Trung joined Aintree Group in 2017. He has been a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand since 2004. Trung has experience working in both the public and private sector in Australia, as well as international experience working and living in London and the Cayman Islands. 

Outside of work Trung tries to stay fit by walking around a golf course and occasionally hitting the ball. He enjoys a good Netflix TV series and weekend trips away with the family.

Teagan Thomas CPA


Teagan joined Aintree Group in 2018, along with Graham Haydar's team. She loves working with numbers and developing new relationships with clients.

Amanda Lew


Amanda specialises in the preparation of tax returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies, and in BAS and IAS Preparation.

She also uses her knowledge of cloud accounting applications to assist clients with their Xero and MYOB processing and reconciliations.

Joseph helps take care of accounting, tax and bookkeeping matters. He is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant.

Hannah Trinh CPA


Hannah specialises in the preparation of tax returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies. She takes a special interest in looking after clients and doing research on tax-related matters. Hannah considers podcasts, books and writing as her favourite pastimes, and regular exercise is a must to achieve a balanced lifestyle.

Daniel Piciocco

Provisional CA

Daniel assists with accounting, tax and bookkeeping matters. He is currently working towards his Chartered Accountant qualification.

He enjoys spending time with mates on the weekend, and keeping up with his favourite sports: soccer, tennis and basketball.

Anne Burridge CA

Superannuation Administrator

Anne is a Chartered Accountant and specialises in superannuation. Her role includes preparing financial statements and income tax returns for SMSF clients, and ensuring compliance with Superannuation Industry and Income Tax Assessment Acts and Regulations. She also liaises with the ATO, auditors and other third parties.

Lorena Thomas


Lorena celebrated her 10th year with Aintree Group in 2018. She can assist you with all your bookkeeping needs, including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry. She is Xero Advisor certified, and is also an expert in MYOB and Banklink.

In her spare time, Lorena enjoys travelling and reading.

Joe Corrone


Joe can assist you with all your bookkeeping needs including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry. He is Xero Advisor certified, and is also an expert in MYOB, Banklink, Reckon and Cash Flow Manager.

Joe comes from a big Italian family. He loves food, coffee, traveling and music, but most of all his cats.

Bernadette Galbally

Client Service Assistant

Bernadette joined Aintree Group in 2018, along with Graham Haydar's team. She is one of the first points of contact for our business, and can assist with general enquiries and corporate compliance matters.

Bernadette is a freestyle dancer and runs her own business, The Woman I Am.

Chelsea Carter

Communications, Events & Marketing Coordinator

Chelsea is responsible for marketing and managing the company newsletter, blog, website and social media. You can also contact her with questions regarding the Plant Grow Reap program.

Chelsea is also a Bollywood dance teacher and performer, and loves dogs.

Matthew Hook

Administration Assistant

Matt assists our team with administration and internal operations part-time. He is currently studying Commerce at La Trobe University.

Administration Assistant 

Charlotte joined Aintree Group in 2019, and helps out the team with administration tasks and internal operations. 

Charlotte is currently studying Arts at Monash University and enjoys travelling and reading books. She also has another part time job as a swimming teacher because of her love for kids.
